Huntleigh USA is seeking reliable, customer-focused Passenger Service Agents to join our team at AustinBergstrom International Airport. This is a fast-paced airport environment where exceptional service and safety are top priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor
Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)
Safely transport passengers throughout airport locations as requested
Provide general information and directions to passengers
Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, staff, and the general public
Coordinate with dispatch and airline gate agents for passenger assistance assignments
Comply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and procedures
Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual occurrences
Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track passenger trips
Perform other duties as assigned

Available Shifts (8-hour shifts)

8:00 AM 4:30 PM
10:00 AM 6:30 PM
12:00 PM 7:30 PM
2:00 PM 9:30 PM
5:00 PM Last Flight (may vary between 12:00 AM 2:00 AM)

Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
Dependability and strong work ethic
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and late nights
For international candidates, must be able to successfully pass a Department of Homeland Security background check
